We had an emergency, our dog was hit by a car and receptionist told me they aren't taking any new clients!!! Three of our friends recommended this clinic!! Wow!!

Our geriatric dog was miserable, chewing at his skin, scratching everywhere and we were miserable trying to find answers. After 2 trips and several calls to Hometown, we went to another local vet and was seen within 3 days and our dog was all better by the end of that week. We used to appreciate Hometown but the care and customer service has really declined. We had been patients there for 20 plus years...4 dogs, 2 cats. Sad to go but already feel relieved.
